The Junior Grand Prix
consists of Girls and Boys 8, 10, 12 and 14 age divisions.
These events are designed to introduce novice
to intermediate junior tennis players to match play/tournament
experience preparing them for the more rigorous USTA
tournaments.
Format
of Play: Players will be guaranteed three no-add matches
depending on sign-up. Play for a division will be
limited to a set time frame. Length of matches will
depend on size of draw.
 Rankings:
Rankings will be kept throughout the year based on
points earned each event. Players will be awarded
points according to tournament results. For example:
10 player draw, 1st place will be awarded 10 points,
2nd place, 9 points, 3rd place 8 points and so on
No show will be penalized 5 points.
Prizes:
 Based
on sign up, trophies will be awarded to the top finishers
in each age division at each event. The Circuit Point
Champion Awards and prizes will be presented at the
Master Events.
